The Thatchers Rosé Cider has been unveiled by the UK-based brand as a new libation for younger consumers who are looking for a drink with a lower ABV, a sweet taste and a high-end profile.

The cider has a 4% ABV and is crafted using sweet dessert apples including Pink Lady, Gala and Fuji to make it a light libation with a rose profile. The cider is available now in cans for purchase from Sainsbury's in the UK, while flint bottle packaging is set to be introduced in December.

Speaking on the new Thatchers Rosé Cider, Managing Director at Thatcher's, Martin Thatcher, said, "Thatchers Rosé is a new and exciting sweet rosé cider that gives consumers just what they’re asking for – a great tasting, characterful, sweeter, lower ABV cider, made to a consistently high quality by the cidermakers at Thatchers."
