TV-Hiding Wardrobes

The FIMAR 'GHOST' Television Display Drawer Hides the Unit in the Wall

Although the television was a focal point in many living rooms in decades passed, the device is now small enough to be hidden away as the FIMAR 'GHOST' Television Display Drawer shows.

Capable of holding a flat-screen television up to 32-inches in size, the rack-drawer hybrid works on a gas piston. When activated, the drawer will slide out and enable users to prop the television up to the upright position. When viewing has finished or company is coming over, the FIMAR 'GHOST' Television Display Drawer hides back away in the wall.

Designed by the Italy-based furniture manufacturer, the FIMAR 'GHOST' wardrobe shows what could be coming for small homes around the world. As efficiency and space-saving become notions of paramount importance to consumers, design will likely continue to follow suit.
