Superfood-Infused Cocktails

Tanya's Cafe Makes Happy Hour a Little More Health-Conscious

Tanya's Cafe has been dubbed Europe's first "Superfood Cocktail Bar."

The establishment was created by raw food specialist Tanya Maher, who discovered the benefits and healing powers of raw food while recuperating from a near-fatal car accident. The space, which is located in the MyHotel in Chelsea, offers raw meals and superfood concoctions. Maher explains, "The menu is designed to reflect your busy schedule and provide loving nourishment at all times of the day."

The menu includes healthy options, such as plant-based burgers, as well as superfood-infused cocktails that are made with ethically-sourced, vegan alcohol. An example is 'What The Doctor Ordered,' a drink containing beets, sweet potato, lemon, carrot, ginger, chia seeds, lavender bitter and vodka.
