GRUBBY's Plant Points Menu Helps People Eat 30 Unique Plants Weekly

— July 11, 2025 — Lifestyle
Eating a colorful variety of fruits and vegetables—or "eating the rainbow"—nourishes the body with a wide range of essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that support overall health, and UK plant-based recipe kit brand GRUBBY launched a new Plant Points menu to help customers eat 30 unique plants per week.

In all, there are eight dishes in the range, each containing up to 15.25 plant points to reach the goal of consuming 30 different plants weekly. The new recipes in the Plant Points range include the Beetroot Hummus Bowl with Roasted Chickpeas, Orange & Rocket (representing 14.75 plant points) and the Herby Veg-Packed Superfood Tabbouleh (with 13.75 plant points.)

The Plant Points menu's Superfood Barbacoa Bowl is said to be the first recipe kit containing THIS Is Super Superfood, a protein ingredient powered by shiitake mushrooms, fava beans, and seeds.
