The menu is priced at AED 350 and boasts courses that will surprise and delight with formats that are inspired by classic food varieties, but with a cocktail twist. This includes The Mad Bunny, which is a cocktail disguised as a fried egg and crafted by taking a frozen cocktail cube and transforming it into a yolk-inspired sphere that's surrounding with a coconut mousse-made egg white.

The Salmon Guru Eat Your Cocktail menu also features the Inspiración Paloma that sees a cocktail sphere seated on a French thyme bed, while the Tutti Fruity Daiquiri is housed inside a chocolate lollipop.
