The World Traveler 17RB is Airstream's most affordable travel trailer, offering a 17-foot model designed for first-time buyers while retaining the brand's signature riveted aluminum construction. Priced from $64,400, the trailer features a gross vehicle weight rating of 3,500 pounds, allowing it to be towed by a range of SUVs and smaller pickup trucks. Rectangular dual-pane acrylic windows replace Airstream's traditional wraparound glazing, while a manual awning extends the usable living space outdoors. Production is underway, with deliveries scheduled to begin later this year.

The trailer features a Scandinavian-inspired interior finished with white aluminum walls and upholstery options in Sagebrush or Shoreline. An expandable kitchen countertop accommodates a two-burner gas stove, sink, and 2.1-cubic-foot refrigerator, with an optional microwave available. A fixed rear bed sleeps two people, while the front dinette converts into an additional sleeping area. Standard equipment includes a 24-inch smart TV, JBL audio system, Truma Combi Eco Plus heating and hot water, and an underfloor air-conditioning system.
