For those unfamiliar, Elote is a Mexican street food dish that consisted of Mexican street corn slathered with a combination of mayonnaise, chili powder, and fresh lime juice. Chronic Tacos puts it on spin on this signature dish by taking char-grilled corn on the cob and drizzling it with a tangy, creamy sauce, along with a sprinkling of crumbled cheese. Depending on your appetite, you can enjoy the dish as a half cob or full cob.
The tasty Street Corn offering can be found at all participating Chronic Tacos locations now through mid-September 2021, making it the perfect summer-time snack option.
