Fuzzy's Taco Shop Just Added a Chicken Elote Bowl to Its Menu

Fuzzy’s Taco Shop is putting a twist on a popular Mexican street food with its new Chicken Elote Bowl. The new bowl is just one of several new Elote items, all of which will be available for just a limited time.

Fuzzy's Taco Shop's new Elote Lineup consists of three new Mexican street corn-inspired dishes. First up is the Chicken Elote Bowl, which pairs cilantro-lime rice and elote with grilled fajita chicken, crispy tortilla strips, feta, sour cream, and Tajin. There;s also the Chicken Elote Double Stack Taco, which starts with elote made with Fuzzy’s famous queso and jalapeños, all paired with cilantro-lime rice, grilled fajita chicken, topped with feta, cilantro, and Tajin chile-lime seasoning. These ingredients are all wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla with sour cream and Fuzzy Dust, and then wrapped in a crispy taco shell. Lastly, there's the new Elote Side, which consists of a six-ounce portion of elote made with corn, Fuzzy’s queso, jalapeños, feta, and a sprinkling of Fuzzy Dust.
