QDOBA Mexican Street Corn is being launched by the fast casual restaurant brand as a new topping that will provide diners with easy access to the authentic streets food. The topping starts off with a blend of warm sweet corn with red bell peppers, poblano chiles and elote sauce with a final drizzling of lime juice. The corn topping can be added to any entree for no additional fee, but can also be ordered on its own as the Loaded Mexican Street Corn that's topped with cotija cheese, cilantro and chile crema.

QDOBA Mexican Street Corn is arriving as a limited time offering and is also being promoted as the main component in the Mexican Street Corn Shrimp Bowl.
