To welcome spring, California Pizza Kitchen is rolling out an internationally inspired menu that includes new Sticky Asian Cauliflower. While this new dish may be a little messy to eat, it's worth it for the delicious blend of flavors.

The new Sticky Asian Cauliflower dish is a vegetarian appetizer available as part of the spring 2019 menu at California Pizza Kitchen. The dish consists of crispy cauliflower florets coated in a sweet and spicy sauce, and topped with toasted peanuts and scallions. Joining the crispy cauliflower are other global dishes such as the Spicy Milano Pizza, a Sparkling Blood Orange drink, and two different kinds of sangria.

If you're not completely sold on the new dishes, remember that everything is backed by the California Pizza Kitchen Menu Adventure Guarantee. This means that if you try a new dish and aren't a big fan, they'll replace it with a dish you already know you like at no extra cost.
