Elevated Salad Bowls

California Pizza Kitchen Debuted New Entrée Salads Like the Charcuterie Salad

Salads have always been immensely popular at California Pizza Kitchen and there are three new permanent entrée salads to savor, plus a seasonal offering.

Inspired by snacking boards, there's The Charcuterie Salad, topped with cuts of applewood smoked ham, salami and Brie, cubed Parmesan, green apples and candied walnuts. Influenced by a popular appetizer, the Crispy Chinese Dumpling Salad delights with a base of red cabbage, cucumber strips, carrots and scallions, plus house-made honey-miso dressing, toasted sesame seeds and a drizzle of Mr. Bing Chili Crisp.

For a limited time this summer, the fresh, vibrant Burrata Panzanella Salad can be enjoyed with colorful heirloom tomatoes, toasted garlic ciabatta croutons, cucumbers, garbanzo beans, thinly sliced red onions, basil, and wild Greek oregano, on a salad of baby arugula and fresh basil, tossed in a lemon-herb vinaigrette.
