Sweetgreen prepares its garlic parmesan cauliflower by roasting it until golden brown and matching it with caramelized balsamic onions, roasted romesco sauce and housemade creamy basil dressing. On Sweetgreen’s Late Fall Menu, cauliflower is a cozy fall staple ready to be savored through December 28th in the Garlic Parm Cauli Bowl, the Chicken Cauli Plate, and the Garlic Parm Cauli + Romesco.
