Caramelized Garlic Steak Proteins

Sweetgreen Just Introduced New Caramelized Garlic Steak

Sweetgreen is adding a cravable new protein option to its menu with the introduction of new Caramelized Garlic Steak.

Starting May 7, Sweetgreen customers can enjoy three new chef-crafted steak entrées or add the new Caramelized Garlic Steak protein option to any of Sweetgreen’s signature and custom dishes. The steak itself consists of tender cuts of premium grass-fed, pasture-raised steak that's been prepared using fine-dining techniques. To deliver maximum flavor, the steak is seasoned with a garlic spice blend and then roasted until it achieves a deep caramelized char on the outside, while keeping the inside tender and juicy. The whole thing is then finished with a toss of extra virgin olive oil and herbs. As
Nicolas Jammet, Co-founder and Chief Concept Officer of Sweetgreen, says of the new offering, "During our testing phase in Boston, we saw Caramelized Garlic Steak quickly become a dinnertime favorite, with steak making up nearly 1 in 5 dinner orders. We’re thrilled to bring customers more of what they are craving at every part of the day.”
