Available for a limited-time as a new seasonal item, the Maple Glazed Brussels Sprouts are char-roasted to crispy perfection then doused in sweet maple glaze. The new item is a hearty offering that gives consumers something more to sink their teeth into, without every venturing away from the brand's commitment to serving fresh, seasonal, and organic ingredients that are free from artificial additives. As Sweetgreen CEO Jonathan Nema, explains, "“We want to disrupt fast food. We want to give you those things that you want, that you’re used to eating—things like fries—and do it in a Sweetgreen way, in a way that we kind of think about as a permissible indulgence.”
