The Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 headset has been unveiled by the brand as a new piece of equipment that can be used in AR and VR environments to offer impressive capabilities for users of all kinds.

The headset makes the most of the namesake system architecture that it shares a name with and features two screens on the interior that are 2,400 x 2,400 pixels in size with the ability to offer 120fps. This is paired with eye tracker technology that will actually work to figure out where the user is looking to optimize the focus to be as crisp as possible.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 headset is also reported to offer a 30% increase in power efficiency over previous models along with over two-times the display throughput.
