After Colton Anderson received top marks on a marketing proposal for a snack for sleep in the form of a granola bar, the 'Snooze Snack' was born as an all-natural alternative to sleeping pills.

The granola bar is smaller in size than most granola bars that are meant to be eaten as daytime snacks, but this is because eating right before bed has the potential to disturb one's sleep. The sleep aid contains fruits, nuts and oats, as well as "edible sources of Tryptophan and Melatonin to promote falling asleep faster and sleeping better." As well as being beneficial for sleep, the natural bar boasts ingredients that support health in the body as a whole.
