Sleep-Aiding Dietary Supplements

Outwork Nutrition Launches Natural Sleep Aiding Supplements

Outwork Nutrition has released its latest sleep-aiding dietary supplement called Sleep. Layne Norton, the founder of Outwork Nutrition, said: "Our new product isn't a cure-all for sleep issues, but there is good evidence it may help with both duration of sleep and quality of sleep. It's not magic, it's still important to focus on good sleep habits, but in concert with those, this product can be beneficial for improving sleep and help make your training more productive."

Sleep is made as a natural sleeping aid supplement to assist consumers in falling asleep quicker, improve sleep quality, and support their overall mood. The formulation behind Sleep was extensively researched and made using only clinically dosed, evidence-based ingredients. The supplement contains melatonin and L-theanine, an amino acid that promotes relaxation. Additionally, it contains affron, a natural saffron extract from the Crocus sativus flower that has been researched to improve sleep in healthy adults with sleep disturbances. The supplement is available for purchase.
