Pitsou Kedem Architects designs a stunning sculptural home in Israel. The structure is split into two volumes and a dynamic connection is fostered between the units through elevated ramps and walkways.
At the heart of Pitsou Kedem Architects' layout design, there is a 125 square meter courtyard. Areas of privacy are boldly added through the inclusion of gridded wooden screens. The components of 'Split House' play with shape, patterns, shading and more. The silhouette of the sculptural home is quite engaging and unique, riddled with nods to extravagant contemporary architecture and offering a break from traditional sensibilities. The predominant white character of the sculptural house also pleasantly accents the structure.
