In order to get the word out about the newest six-piece sandwich-inspired potato chip collection from Heinz and Walkers, a "speakeasy-style" pop-up sandwich club was launched in London. 'The Walkers Crisp Sarnie Club' gave people the chance to create their own potato chip-filled sandwiches, which were also served alongside a small sampling of the crisps. This unique activation celebrates the British tradition of adding potato chips to a sandwich as something that's particularly unique to the country.
Flavors in the unusual potato chip range include Ham & Mustard, Sausage & Brown Sauce and Bacon & Tomato Ketchup, which make for especially flavorful sandwich additions or standalone snacks.
At the pop-up event, people had the chance to climb onto giant sandwich props before having their photos taken.
