The Samsung Service Center in Zürich is an innovative in-house shop commissioned by the Samsung Switzerland. The Zürich shop was designed by firm Augenblick, who also designed the Swiss division of the brand's headquarters.
The new Samsung Service Center concept is customer-focused and aims to provide a laid back space where customers can drop by with questions or to have their phone serviced. Despite being built in a new building, the Augenblick team created a rustic space that feels inspired by a carpentry shop.
The easily accessible brand experience falls in line with modern consumer expectations regarding personalization and customer service. The Samsung Service Center boasts 80-inch touchscreen monitors for patrons to peruse, while it also has a small retail section displaying phone cases and smartphone hardware.
