While you might think poutine and sushi have no business mixing together because they have such opposite food flavors, The Vulgar Chef dared to do what no one else has ever done and combine the two to create an interesting poutine sushi hybrid. The poutine portion was made using fries from McDonalds covered in left over Salisbury steak gravy. The fries were then rolled in seaweed and sticky white rice and covered in even more gravy. Adding wasabi to the gravy or even bacon bits would be a fun way to kick this poutine sushi up another notch.
