The experience of ordering flowers online can often be quite impersonal, but a new artificially intelligent bot from Inc. transforms the process on Facebook Messenger.

As if conversing with a friend, users are able to communicate to the bot that they are interested in purchasing a bouquet of flowers. In the flow of a conversation, the bot will them present a few options for a user to select. Once set on a decision, a user is able to pay for an item, enter details like the recipient's name and a message to be included with the delivery and keep tabs on their order with tracking.

Bots on Facebook Messenger from other brands make it possible to instantly order everything from fast food meals and articles of clothing to airline tickets without having to leave the chat window.
