Chatbot Grocery Delivery Features

Uber Eats Cart Assistant Lets Users Chat to Add Items

Uber Eats Cart Assistant is a new chatbot feature rolling out from the brand to help customers fill up their cart quickly and find exactly what they're looking for in a seamless manner. The chatbot works by allowing users to chat directly with it by submitting a list, which will be added to their cart by taking inspiration from previous purchases. The feature will also allow photos and recipes to be uploaded to let the chatbot pull the required items directly from it for quick access to essentials.

CTO Praveen Neppalli Naga commented on the Uber Eats Cart Assistant saying, "Users were telling us they wanted a quicker way to shop, and we know how precious your time is. Cart Assistant helps you get from idea to checkout in seconds.”
