The Papa Johns Food Ordering agent has been debuted by the pizza brand as an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered tool that will help to streamline the customer experience when placing an order. The solution is powered by Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience and is an omnichannel platform that will be accessible via the mobile app as well as websites, calls, kiosks and even in-car systems. The feature boasts the Advanced Voice & Group Ordering feature alongside the Intelligent Deal Wizard and no-tap reordering capability to refine the user experience when placing an order.
