The Papa Johns Lou AI digital assistant has been integrated into the brand's mobile app as an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered solution that will help to optimize the ordering experience for consumers. The assistant is powered by Google Cloud's Food Ordering agent and, according to the brand, will help to eliminate guesswork related to how much food and variety to order when handling multi-person meals. The assistant will thus enable users to simply describe the needs of a group and be provided with order assistance that meets dietary restrictions or preferences seamlessly.

Chief Digital and Technology Officer Kevin Vasconi commented on the Papa Johns Lou AI saying, "Let's say you're hosting your kid's birthday party — the first order of business is always pizza.
