Tocaya is putting new Torta Combos on the menu this summer with the debut of four tasty options.
For those unfamiliar, a Mexican torta is a kind of sandwich served on white sandwich rolls that is grilled or toasted in a press. Tocaya is making these sandwiches the star of its menu by adding several new Torta Combos and A La Carte Tortas for fans to try. First up is the Chicken Torta Combo, which consists of a sandwich filled with chicken tinga and other toppings like vegan chipotle crema. There's also a Birria Torta Combo featuring slow-cooked beef and a Potato Torta Combo made with purple Peruvian potato. Finally, there's the Shrimp Torta Combo, which features grilled shrimp. All of the combos are also served with a side and a refreshing agua fresca.
