The Tocaya Breakfast Menu is Arriving at All Locations

— May 15, 2026 — Lifestyle
The Tocaya breakfast menu is making its debut at all of the brand's participating locations as a series of contemporary Mexican cuisine items that are perfect for enjoyment in the morning hours. The menu starts off with the Breakfast Burrito that boasts organic beef chorizo with eggs, fried potatoes, poblano chilies, caramelized onions, jalapeño jack cheese, pinto beens and salsa verde. The menu also boasts the innovation Matcha Horchata with the brand's house-made vegan horchata and pairs it with matcha green tea for an elevated take on Mexican and Japanese cuisine.

Corporate Executive Chef Oliver Plust spoke on the Tocaya breakfast menu saying, "What we love about these additions is how well they complement one another. The burrito is warm and packed with deep richness, and the Matcha Horchata is cool and refreshing. Together, they capture every craving.”
