Spanish designer Rafa García designs the Mousse series of sofas for design studio Sancal. The inspiration of the entire range is drawn from the visual appeal of mousse dessert, specifically its light and airy texture. The timeless sofas give users customizable appeal with their modular structure and ability to transform into different formations. There are two types of seating modules and two armrest options as well that can all be rearranged.
The seats themselves are constructed from fiber and foam materials with the concept of emulating the air bubbles of the dessert. Additional features can be added as well, including trays available in two different sizes, which can be attached to either the back, the arm or the seats. There are also upholstery fabric options to elevate the Mousse series even further.
