M&MS Chocolate Bars are Now Available in Canada

M&MS Chocolate Bars are now a reality for Canadian consumers, with the delectable treats launching for the first time in North America. To create the different variations of the M&MS Chocolate Bars, the Mars-owned label tapped the talents of Liz Chrzastek, its official chocolate scientist.
Previously holding the title of sensory scientist, Chrzastek's experience has allowed her to understand the every intricacy of the ingredients that go into each bar. This helps her to ensure that they have the perfect combination of rich and creamy milk chocolate, crunchy M&MS candies, and the featured flavor pairing. The large chocolate bars are perfect to break apart and share, and come in five flavors that include Milk Chocolate, Peanut, Almond, Crispy, and Crispy Mint.
In order to highlight the creative process that went into the M&MS Chocolate Bars, Chrzastek visited the Trend Hunter offices to guide us through an interactive custom chocolate bar lab. This allowed us to try out different flavor combinations and ingredient ratios, while trying out the perfected flavors that were created by Chrzastek and the rest of the M&MS team for ourselves.
The M&M'S Chocolate Bars are currently available at select stores, and will be widely available across Canada come 2019.
