The combination of both fruit and veggie gives this product a refreshingly sweet and savory taste that is ideal to eat cooked and raw.

The Cucamelon originates from Central America and appears as a miniature cucumber inside the flesh of a watermelon. However the rind is edible with the texture and size of a grape. The flavor is more savory, refreshing and closer to the taste of an original cucumber with sour notes following the initial bite. The plant is grown on a vine and is mainly found in salads.
