Photographer Maggie West captured the intimacy of couples kissing in her latest photography series called 'Kiss.' The setting for the photographs was a dim lit room that was illuminated with variously colored hues of neon light. The idea was to create a dreamlike setting that exposed the raw energy of each intimate moment.
The beautiful images produced by Maggie West reveal an act of love. Each couple represents a different story and they are each diverse. The photographs show gay couples, straight couples, interracial and ethnically diverse couples as well. Some couples in the photographs had been together for years while others were just friends. The act of kissing another person is an intimate and beautiful act that can be very expressive without the use of words.
Kiss is a sultry photo diary that expresses love through a deeply intimate yet very common act of affection.
