Russo's launched a nutrient-dense kale pizza crust that is made with real kale and touted as being rich in antioxidants. The 'Kale Pizza Krust' is being made available by Russo's for private label, in-store pizza stations and food service applications.

Over the past few years, cauliflower pizza crusts paved the way for more better-for-you pizza crusts to be created, with some of the vibrant options now available including everything from squash- and beet-based pizza crusts to other alternatives that are fortified with plant-based additions like broccoli, corn, carrots and chia seeds.
