Located in the heart of Tokyo's densely populated residential area, House-K by K2YT is a minimalist design masterpiece. The linear abode is meant to "mitigate noise and maximizes light with its inner courtyards and apertures".
This detached residence measures 291.57 square meters in size and is home to two households. Its four stories are each divided into six sections that are custom-designed to fit all of the home's inhabitants.
Despite of its simplistic facade, House-K by K2YT boasts a complex interior that features unique level designs. Each of the residence's storeys reaches a different height that is customized to fit its interior spaces and separating courtyards. The result is a contemporary Tokyo home that saves space without sacrificing aesthetics and custom design details.
