The Southern Recipe Small Batch Hatch Chile Pork Rinds have been introduced by Rudolph Foods as its latest flavor option that will offer consumers with a piquant way to satisfy their craving for a light yet protein-rich snack. The pork rinds are popped in sunflower oil before being dusted in hatch Chile along with chili powder and garlic flavors to further enhance the savory nature of the snack. The pork rinds contain seven-grams of collagen protein per serving and also maintain a recipe that is low in carbs.
