4505 Meats and Tajin Debut the 'Chile Limón Chicharrones' Pork Rinds

'4505 Meats,' the San Francisco-based food manufacturer famous for its crispy pork rinds, has partnered with 'Tajin,' the Mexico-based condiment manufacturer, to create 'Chile Limón Chicharrones.' These chicharrones are light, crispy pork rinds that have been pre-seasoned with Tajin's 'Clasico' seasoning, one of the company's most iconic flavors.

The senior marketing manager at 4505 Meats, Dagny Morrow, stated that the collaboration arose because "4505 Meats has drawn significant inspiration from Mexican food culture," meaning this collaboration is perfectly suited to create the desired flavor palette for the pork brand.

The Chile Limón Chicharrones will be available online through Amazon's webstore, as well as in-person through Costco retail locations, as of May 2022. The brand has not yet confirmed the MSRP of these treats, though it has stated that these pork rinds are a premium snacking product.
