Duskii Premiered a Range of Floaties During Australian Fashion Week

Duskii, an active wear, swimwear, and beach accessories brand, paired its swimsuits with water wings during its recent runway show at Sydney Fashion Week in Australia.

Although the small floaties are usually considered to be a safety measure for children who aren't yet comfortable in the water, Duskii's reinterpretation of them demonstrates that it's possible for adults to pull them off in a much more fashionable manner.

To integrate the water wings into the show, the brand ensured that the colors and patters on them matched with the swimwear that they were being modeled with. This made the water wings function as a kind of statement jewelry in a sense, rather than a simple safety precaution.
