On one hand, the owner had made a decision for the structure to be situated in the middle of the plot, "far away from the river, where a marina was supposed to be." The architects, on the other hand, submitted to the request but suggested a more functional layout for the connected house — one that fosters a concrete architectural relationship with the entry, the house itself and the marina.
