For those who are looking for a cool new way to enjoy coffee during the hot summer months, Starbucks has debuted two new cold brew drinks that deliver on both taste and texture. Featuring bold flavors and a hint of nitrogen, the specialty drinks put a whole new spin on the concept of iced coffee.
The new cold brew drinks from Starbucks are part the brand's special Reserve coffee bar menu. At select locations serving the menu, customers will be able to order the two new nitrogen-infused drinks. The first is the Nitro Dirty Chai, which blends the chain's Nitro Cold Brew with chai syrup and cream to create a velvety iced coffee with a delicious chai-spiced finish. The second of the new drinks is the Nitro Cascara Cloud, which is made with Nitro Cold Brew, vanilla bean syrup, milk and cascara syrup (made from the dried fruit of the coffee cherry). This second drink boasts hints of chocolate and cherries for a more flavorful take on cold brew coffee.
