With the demand for plant-based offerings only continuing to grow, the popular bagel purveyor Einstein Bros. is testing out a new Beyond Sausage Spicy Sunrise Sandwich.
Einstein Bros.' new Beyond Sausage Spicy Sunrise Sandwich is a vegetarian-friendly breakfast offering that's currently being tested at three select locations in Denver, Colorado. The savory new sandwich starts with a Beyond Meat breakfast sausage patty that tastes just like real sausage, but is completely plant-based. The faux sausage is then paired with avocado, cheddar cheese, egg, and a spicy Jalapeno Salsa shmear. The whole thing is served on a green chile gourmet Bagel for that extra bit of heat.
Fans of the new plant-based Beyond Sausage breakfast patty can also add the protein to any other sandwich for an extra charge.
