The Puratos Ambiante Chocolate Flavor is Dairy-Free

The Puratos Ambiante Chocolate Flavor is being added to the brand's range of ready-to-whip toppings to provide a versatile way to craft a number of recipes in a sustainable, plant-based way.

The product is 100% dairy-free and free from artificial flavors and colors with cocoa powder from the brand's Cacao-Trace Program in the recipe. The ingredient can be transformed into a mousse for a smooth, velvety texture for placing on top of a dessert, as a filling and much more. The product has 14% fat and is rated to fain up to 3.5-times its original volume when whipped, which comes as a more efficient alternative to conventional dairy-based whips.

Business Unit Director - Plant-Based Solutions Laurent Thomé commented on the Puratos Ambiante Chocolate Flavor saying, "Consumer expectations are high when it comes to patisserie; they want a delicate flavor and texture, freshness and the use of sustainably-sourced ingredients— often catering to specific dietary preferences.
