There are tons of new diets you can find online, but one diet looks to go back to the roots of humanity to find Paleo alternatives for a healthier lifestyle.

The Paleo (also known as Caveman or Palaeolithic) Diet is based on the idea of eating foods that humans were genetically predisposed to use for nutrition to stay healthy, energetic and strong. The diet follows a few rules, most importantly eating what is natural, essentially eating the way cavemen ate in their era. That means eating clean meats, veggies, fruits and nuts, among other natural foods.

Diets can be difficult but this diet looks to give you an abundance of healthy foods that will provide you with good energy, while building lean muscle and preventing health issues.
