In fact, proper seating, innovative workstations and even playful furniture additions all help to increase productivity by releasing stresses and making people more comfortable throughout the day.

Of course, these office-friendly exercise methods are just the beginning. While some address furniture specifically, others are much more lifestyle-oriented. For instance, a gym bag has been redesigned to look more professional so that people can't use that as an excuse not to go to the gym after or during work hours. Another office-friendly exercise method involves cycling to work. A desk has been designed to incorporate the bike as the employee's seat when not on the road.
