From Hybrid Beauty Sprays to Multifaceted Organic Makeup

 - Aug 11, 2015
Beauty lovers often find their drawers and makeup bags cluttered with cosmetics, but these multipurpose beauty products prove that minimalism can go a long way. In order to make the most of the money they spend, many savvy beauty shoppers are opting to purchase single products that are meant to do a double duty. With this in mind, brands like Nudestix and OCC developed a series of cosmetic products that can be used in more than one place on the face.

Products from Pixi by Petra, Bumble and Bumble, Algenist and Kerastase make use of bi-phase formulas to combine oil and water in a single bottle. Because these ingredients have a tendency to separate, they require shaking before use to activate the two-in-one properties of a product.

Scented hair sprays, hair-oiling combs and anti-aging acne products are just a few more examples of beauty products that serve more than just one purpose.
