Another year has almost passed. Next week, millions of people will make a New Year's resolution to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle in 2009.

Remember, despite all of the fad diets out there, it’s best to lose weight at a slow and steady pace. Set small achievable goals such as 1/2 pound to 2 pounds a week. And, if you fall off of the weight loss wagon, don’t beat yourself up--tomorrow is a new day.
