Implications - As self-care rituals become a rapidly growing industry, we're seeing more targeted skincare and beauty products that consumers can to care for each specific body part, ensuring no inch of skin is neglected. Full body masking, a somewhat extreme form of skincare that requires a considerable time investment from consumers, demonstrates that skincare and beauty is aligning with the self love movement and body positivity in a time where consumers are seeking escape and acceptance from a high stress sociopolitical environment.
