The house of Chloe is a French fashion brand formed in 1952 by Gaby Aghion, and has gone on to become one of the most prominent and well-known Paris-based fashion houses, and one look through this gallery of stunning Chloe captures will show why.

The brand is synonymous with sophistication and minimalism, and its ad campaigns are often very simple and feature head to toe camel-colored pieces, one of the label's signature looks.

Chloe founder Gaby Aghion was of Egyptian descent, but moved to Paris to start a clothing line, where she also coined the term "prêt-à-porter," which means "ready to wear," and is still used today.
