Canadian footwear and accessory brand ALDO recently debuted 'ALDO Archive,' a short film featuring founder Aldo Bensadoun that chronicles the brand’s rich history and enduring spirit. Founded in 1972, ALDO has continuously embodied the courage to try something new, first with the brand’s iconic Frida clog, and later with the many distinctive designs that have shaped it into what it is today.
Affectionately known as Mr. B at ALDO HQ, Bensadoun reflects on the company’s legacy of youthful energy, innovation, and fearless exploration in the short film. "The whole concept of ALDO is to democratize. It is affordable luxury, it's fun, it's trend, it's comfort," says Bensadoun in the video. He also goes on to explain fashion's ongoing evolution and the brand's ongoing commitment to doing the best they can for their consumer, from selecting the best leathers to perfecting the right look and design.
