The ZAC du Coteau Building Has an Uneven Structure

The newly built ZAC du Coteau building in France was completed by ECDM Architecture studio, and has quite the distinct balcony structure. While most balcony designs are quite straight, this one takes on a wave-like aesthetic.
By using this new type of design, the residences benefit from having a much larger balcony space (and one that allows people to have sections without an overhang from above). The space wraps around the outside, making the most of this area instead of only placing a very small balcony here instead.
Considering how many people live in apartments these days in France, it's great to see a design that still allows the owners to have access to the outdoors (no matter how small).
