'Human Resources' is a new reality show that teaches viewers about waste disposal and recycling from an eco-friendly perspective. Although green-themed programming is still relatively new, many networks are experimenting with shows that focus on eco-friendly ideas.

The new show is produced by TerraCycle and airs on the Pivot network. The show revolves around the work of the TerraCycle employees and their efforts to improve waste management and recycling practices in New Jersey. While the show is unscripted, it still manages to convey an important message about the need to reduce contamination in recycling streams and increase overall recycling rates. The show achieves a perfect balance between entertainment and education.

'Human Resources' demonstrates that consumers are interested in programming that revolves around important environmental issues such as recycling.
