Bubly, the PepsiCo sparkling water brand, is is launching a social media campaign that encourages people to take part in a virtual Pride parade. The virtual Pride parade will start later this month, and people can take part by posting TikTok and Instagram stories using the hashtag #UnstoppablePride. The company will be compelling the submitted videos to create what Bubbly calls, the "longest virtual Parade ever." The company will then release the compiled videos of June 27th.
Launching a virtual Pride parade is a creative way to engage with consumers in a positive and inclusive way. The virtual event will also allow people to take part in the normal Pride events that take place every year, at a time when large gatherings are difficult due to COVID-19.
